  • If you are having symptoms, you deserve to feel better. During your visit, we will discuss what options would be best for you.

  • The North American Menopause Society released their position statement in 2022. Here is one excerpt: “Hormone therapy remains the most effective treatment for vasomotor symptoms (VMS) and the genitourinary syndrome of menopause and has been shown to prevent bone loss and fracture.” You can read the full statement here:  The 2022 hormone therapy position statement of The North American Menopause Society

All of our visits are conducted with live audio/video using HIPAA-compliant Zoom. You will receive a link to log into your visit prior to your appointment time. You will also receive an in depth questionnaire to complete prior to your appointment so we can discuss your specific needs during your visit.

  • Sometimes, but not always. Our #1 indicator of your treatment plan is based on how you’re feeling, not lab results. Through shared decision making, we may decide together that lab work would be helpful for your care.

  • You can still receive treatment! Based on your health history, we may decide that a transdermal option is the safest plan for you. There are also options that are not systemic and additional treatment options that do not contain any hormones.

  • We do not accept insurance for the cost of your visit. However, we do prescribe FDA approved medications that your insurance may cover.
We can include form to submit to insurance.
